IELTS Newsletter: What We've Done

Where We’ve Been

We were delighted to be featured on the 39th episode of the Two Geeks And A Marketing Podcast. The podcast features and references all the content we have been creating to help you get the score you need.

Pop on over and have a listen!

Not only that, but we have also participated in research conducted by the University of Lancaster about what IELTS writing scores represent in practical terms, especially for staff responsible for making admission decisions.

The project aims to produce tools that will guide admissions staff in understanding what linguistic skills they can expect from students admitted to their programmes.

Website News

This month we published a new model Task 1 letter. This one is informal and contains a plural bullet point that must be answered in a very specific way – click here to find out more.

We also published a double-question Task 2 essay. This one also has a plural in one of the questions. Click here to find out how to avoid the mistake many candidates make.

When Can You Book An IELTS Lesson?

Our lessons are currently taking place from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm London time.

Using our online booking system, you can choose a time for our lessons that suits your busy schedule.

Please contact us early – don’t leave it too late. It takes time to master new skills, and contacting us a few days before your exam is leaving it too late!

We are also in high demand – and our schedule can sometimes be filled weeks in advance.

If you would like to meet to discuss how we can help, contact us via our contact form or through our free demo lesson page.

That’s all for May!
