Task 1 letters are supposed to introduce a situation you might experience when living and working in an English-speaking country.
The situation below asks you to request additional training from your company.
The response tackles each bullet point in turn and is careful to introduce two suggestions for the thirds bullet point. Without at least 2, the bullet point would have been incompletely addressed, limiting Task Achievement to a maximum of Band 5.

To effectively adapt to these changes, I believe a specialised training in intercultural communication and advanced analytics would be beneficial. Such training would enhance my skills in navigating diverse business environments and in utilising advanced data analysis tools, which are crucial for our business’s success in these new markets.
I propose that this training could be arranged through an online course from an accredited professional in this field whose details I have enclosed. Additionally, a mentorship program with our experienced international colleagues could provide practical insights and hands-on experience.
